Arena Quest - Privacy Policy

Arena Quest is a research application developed for Yang's Research at Montclair State University. The application is designed to support research involving spatial navigation and learning tasks.
How Information Is Used
Arena Quest may collect participant identifiers entered by authorized researchers and gameplay research data while completing tasks, such as trial information, condition information, task performance, timing, and navigation-related results.
Data Storage and Sharing
Research data may be stored using systems configured by the research team. Access to research data is limited to authorized research personnel. Arena Quest does not sell participant information or use participant information for advertising.
Data Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect research data during storage and transmission.
Data Rentention and Delection
Research data is retained according to the research project's requirements and applicable university research procedures. Questions or requests concerning research data or deletion should be directed to the research team.
Children's Privacy
Arena Quest is a research tool, and it is not intended as a general-purpose children's game or consumer entertainment application. Participation in research using Arena Quest is governed by the applicable research procdures and consent requirements.
